Shipping policy

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, please e-mail us at returns@pallaskincare.com so we can find a solution that meets your skincare needs.

You may return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the shipping. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. Only if the return is a result of our error or defective product, will we refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. If you initiate a return after 30 days, PALLAS may issue a partial refund depending on elapsed time and condition of merchandise. Your return may expire after 90 days if we have not received your item.

Orders cannot be cancelled once PALLAS has begun processing the order. In order to promptly deliver our product, the processing of an order commences almost immediately once you have submitted your order. We are unable to accommodate requests to change or cancel an order after two hours have passed since the order was placed. Any changes to or cancellation of an order can only be made with PALLAS’s prior written approval and additional charges may apply. Any agreement by PALLAS to accommodate a cancellation request will be conditioned upon payment of any and all costs, charges and expenses already incurred by PALLAS to that point, and you agree that such amounts may be deducted from any payments previously made to PALLAS. Accordingly, we encourage you to carefully check your order before submitting it.
